Our vineyard is a woman story. Indeed, the tradition goes from mother to daughter and the heritage continues for 5 generations. What a paradox ... In our countryside represented by the "peyre", which means "stone" in local dialect (called "Gascon"), le Château du Payre or Castle of Payre is also named from the Gascon and means the Casle of the Father.
